Free online text to speech convertor – Japplis Speech
Japplis Speech is a free text to speech convertor that can speak out lines as you type them. This is a pretty useful tool when you are tryin to blog or while making a report.
This is an online speech convertor which works in Java, it takes about 2-3 minutes to load the voice. Once the voice has been loaded it can speak out text ask you type it. There are also options to make it read sentences one a line has been completed. This is useful when you are writing an article or a letter, it can help you correct those silly gramatical mistakes too.

I have to say, it’s quite impressive. It managed to even pronounce my name correctly, which most people get wrong!
It would great if I could save the voice output to an mp3 sound file or similar.

Tried it and I have to say there’s a lot of room for improvement. But this is a nifty tool, a lot of promise for this one. I’ll watch out for improvements made to this text-to-speech service.
One way to use this is for those YouTube clips you might want to create to promote a product or something. Right now though, I don’t think it’s good enough for that.
